Is new but has been rejected by the client. Get this for half price! There one brown stain not sure how but it doesn't look like rust. Other thing is this isn't perfectly flat on one side, the one side has a slight curve but is hardly noticeable as showing in the pictures with it upright. It will however fit in the housing mount in the truck as it should. Get this for half off!...
