This bracket bolts to the frame by the steering box on 1967 1968 1969 1970 Ford Mustangs and mercury cougars with 390s or 428. The bracket itself does not appear to have ever been bolted in. It is an aftermarket bracket . It does come with a used ball, but does not have the felt or retainer. We normally ship out the next day. Thanks....
