This is a ȺAM pinion flange yoke for the 10.5 and 11.5 14 bolt rear differential found in 2003+ D0dgę 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. This is used with the 26O6O43O pinion seal. It already has the wear sleeve on the seal surface. This replaces the perfectly square ones found on some early models which was part number 40047864 also part numbers 74OO2855, 4OO2285, 4OO23921, O51276O9AD and 51276O9AA.
