This is the rear axle, "shift motor to control switch" wiring. It is NOS original Ford and in excellent condition. Great part for your old work truck. This part fits many applications. It fits 1964/66 F500 Ford Trucks with a 2 speed "Eaton" axle. Also fits 1967/68 F500/750 Ford Trucks with a 2 speed axle. Please check your parts books for all other applications. It fits many other Big Truck models....
