You will get one fuel rail not all. Fuel injector rails removed from 2000-2003 Ford F150s and E150 vans with 5.4L Triton engines. Not sure of the interchange years. Please do research as there are different variations over the years with the vacuum pod but all should fit. Fuel rails are in good shape, with a light cleaning it will be ready to use. Held fuel pressure when removed. Please look closely at pictures for condition before purchase. Thanks!...
