This is a front bumper filler panel off a Jaguar MkVII. I assume it fits a MkVIII and IX as well. Looks to me someone removed it decades ago and started to prep it and put on a coat of primer. Looks a bit worked here and there. Pretty darn straight but needs a bit of straightening here and there. Mounting brackets are all there. Nice and rust free.
