This listing is for a hard top panel and/or soft top window storage bag for 2018-2023 Wrangler and Unlimited. This is actually a soft top storage bag which turns out be a good fit for storing your hard top freedom panels. Both fit inside just fine with extra felt layers and room to spare. Cover is out of box, a little dirty but in excellent condition. Panels are not included. Also keep in mind that this bag does not offer much padding so handle with care....
