THIS MOTOR IS FOR VEHICLES WITH MEMORY SEATS ONLY!!! DO NOT ASSUME YOUR MOTOR IS BAD BEFORE TESTING IT!! YOU COULD HAVE A WORN OR BROKEN PLASTIC GEAR ON THE SEAT TRACK SHAFT, A BAD SWITCH OR EVEN BAD WIRING . You can easily access the motor directly with out removing the seat. All you need to do is remove the two screws holding the lower front cover plate in place.
