This is a new washer valve and hose with it's original factory package. It's label shows it as VW Audi part number 311 955 979 B. It is marked as fitting some 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 VW models. I don't know the specific years and models applications.
