This is a set of 5 windshield wiper pivot joint to cowl bolts. These bolts are exactly like the ones that GM used and exhibit the B&H stamping on the head. These bolts hold down the pivot point where the wiper arm attaches to the cowl and would be the #3 for the small bolts and #5 for the larger bolts in the breakdown picture.
