One of the rear mounting points is broken...see pictures. The left side has some black spray paint on it. Comes with everything shown. The white plastic inserts on each side and those skinny filler pieces are in great shape. It came off a good running 95 cr125r, but also fits 95 cr250r. Part number is 17210-KZ3-600ZA.
