You are looking at a 1961-62 Pontiac 389 tri-power air cleaner. Someone milled off the ends of the snouts and took a hammer to the base to clearance something. I know these modifications doom this item for a correct restoration however it could still be used on any 1959-64 Pontiac Tri-Power car. Does not fit cars with Air Conditioning. No rust or pitting.
