Intake tube only, what is shown in pictures is what is included. Comes with tube couplers and clamps on oth ends, comes with the IAT sensor. Has some residue as it is used. Does not come with mounting bracket or filter or any other hose. Overall good condition! Truck was wrecked so no longer need....
