It is for a 1977 1978 Ford F Series pick up truck F-100, F-150, F-250, F-350 with a 351M or 400M engine except for a Canada truck with leaded fuel and for a 1978 1979 Ford F-100 with a 351M engine in a Canada leaded fuel truck.
