This is a custom part, made in the USA, to fit your Harbor Freight Predator 3 HP 79cc horizontal shaft engine (p/n 69733). It is shipped un-oiled; add a couple drops of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install.
