This is a custom part, made in the USA, to fit your Honda Elite SA50. It is shipped un-oiled; add ~2 cap full of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install. Having an air filter in place is *critical* to the proper running of the Honda Elite. Pod filters are nice, in a pinch, but frankly they should be used in combination with a re-jetting.
