Replacement filter set for Harbor Freight generator 4375W/3500W models. It is shipped un-oiled; add a couple drops of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install. New filter design began production for models sold starting in 2018 and should fit all the new 4375W / 3500W model # 63962 and 63963.
