This was part of an Amazon liquidation pallet. Looks to be unused, but does have a little bit of anodizing scuffed off where a screw was in black to keep the outer cover and mounting plate together. I took this screw out and placed it in the bag with the rest of the hardware. Everything will be carefully packed to avoid any damage during shipping.
