Some boxes may have damage. If this is a problem, please contact us before purchasing. Due to postage costs, we ship items in as small of a package as possible to lower shipping weight (it may cause wrinkles). We do not refund shipping unless we make a mistake. If damaged we will take care of the problem. We try to ship up until 2:00 PM the same day. Depends on when the mail runs. Please do not leave negative reviews or feedback because of the poor service of shipping companies(i.e., USPS-Fedex)...
