This cold air intake kit made by K&N came from a 2006 Chrysler 300 with a 3.5L V6. No clamps are missing. Please refer to the closeup photos to verify condition. The rubber seal has wear in one area and the filter does too. Could be replaced but still works just fine the way it is. K&N part # 57-1511-2.
