This listing is for a used 38mm Mikuni round slide carburetor, I believe its original application was for a Ski Doo but I was unable to find what the 199 carb fit or the part number for it. The carb is in good condition, very clean and everything came apart nicely, nothing stuck. The parts inside the carb are as follows 40 Pilot jet300 Main JetQ-6 165 Needle jet or Nozzle6DEY2 Needle2.5 Cutaway slide Carb is stamped 38 and 199 by the choke plunger hole and T7 9 3 by the idle screw....
