Sandblasted and in excellent condition. But both bolts broke off when removing so it was modified to only need one long bolt. As shown. The bolts were drilled out, so if you need the orig 2 bolt set up, you will need to tap it and put the threads in yourself. May also fit newer years, but check for fitment in your car...
