This new design cross member is for the 1977 1/2-1979 F250/350 4wd trucks. It also fits the 1977-1979 F150 Super Cab trucks with leaf springs. This unit will provide stability for the front leaf spring mounts. The cross member mounts on the stock hanger and spring bolt locations, using the stock hardware.
