Back pack has some scuffs on the bottom/underside of the shell shown in pics and the zipper that makes the backpack increase in size has a little damage but its still usable. I just never use it anyways so it hasn't gotten in the way of the function of the backpack. The fabric par of the straps are a fades in some areas shown in pics.
