This is an upper frame grip and backrest or sissy bar off of a 1996 Kawasaki EN 500 Vulcan. The Kawasaki part number for this item is 32109-1201 which retails new for $226.77. The chrome finish is pitted and corroded, and the backrest is constructed of hollow tubular sheet metal, it is not solid steel. This part may or may not come with the bolts.
