Ford Escape 2001-07 & 2008-2012 used oem battery tray J bolts with retention nut. They should fit 2001-2012 models after examining all those years. Compare part in pictures with your part for compatibility issues. Consult with your dealer to verify fitment for other models/years. Threaded bolt is in great shape. Not bent....straight as an arrow.
