This manual is used but in overall good shape. Sections 1-11 are included. Each section is bound in a booklet. Section #12: Outboard Installation Guidelines, is MISSING. All of the booklets are in a generic binder that is dirty and has surface rust on the metal. The main cover for the manual needs its 3 ring holes reinforced so it doesn't separate from the binder.
