Here we have a rear trunk handle / release button removed from a 2014 Fiat 500. The bulbs are tested and one bulb does not light up - on that burnt bulb the tab is broken so it does not hold in and has a crack as well, the other bulb housing has a crack too, please refer to pictures # 8-11 - you could re-use the bulbs from your unit.
