Part is in good shape with some signs of wear. Top corner mounting point did break, we epoxied it back on and it should present no issue. The key mount stud is missing as shown in photos. All other mounting points are good, just missing the two lower clips, which you can swap over from your old trim. Please be sure to look closely at photos to check condition.
