We believe this is a new take off part or used, however, it was in the Mopar bag pictured when acquired with a box of dealership parts. The studs look clean but it does show some light marks, etc. It is made of aluminum as opposed to cast metal or chrome. Chrysler used this style and font type for a several years but please compare to yours to make sure the lettering of nameplate is the same.
