They are 5/16-24 (fine thread) black phosphate spring steel low carbon cage nuts that can be used various models & years of Ford, Edsel, Mercury, Lincoln & Willys vehicles. These nuts have a .028" - .056" panel range. They fit into a .460" - .465" or .503" - .508" square mounting hole. Please note that these nuts are NOT for any specific application and may not be for some of the compatibility applications listed as we do not have all the body codes...
