Used 1938 or 1939 Ford banjo steering wheel. It has several cracks and a few area that are missing from the outer rim. What is there is very chalky. The horn button is included but is cut off about 12” down approximately. The spokes are stainless so they will shine up but the band across them has pitting and chrome loss.
