Used 1946-1948 Ford steering wheel. It’s obviously been painted a few times but doesn’t have too many cracks. I’m not sure if it has been filled in or is juts that nice. The horn retaining metal ring does have damage. The horn button will go on it but it’ doesn’t fit flush. Please look at the pictures closely and consider them part of the condition description.
