You are buying two (2) NORS Auveco fasteners. They are front fender moulding zinc plated bolts/clips for 1957 1958 Mercury vehicles. Replaces the Ford part number 16584A. The bolt is 5/16-24 x 3/4" long. The zinc plating may be a little discolored or slightly rough in some spots because of the age of these bolts but they are fine.
