This is a PASSENGER side tail light guard marked "R", an OEM Land Rover Range Rover piece. YOU NEED TO REUSE YOUR EXISTING LONG INNER BRACKET. WHAT IS PICTURED IS WHAT IS INCLUDED, YOU NEED THE ONE LONGER BRACKET FOR THE SIDE PICTURED WITHOUT THE BRACKET. This was removed from a 2006 Range Rover. Color is very dark gray, possibly faded a bit from black original? Material seems to be a fiberglass or similar, sort of plastic with fibers in it, see inside pics of part numbers.
