Here we have a single 2008-2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL driver's side fender emblem. It is OEM part # 8C34-25000A72-B. There is a rivet missing on the black grid, and 1 of the 3 mounting tabs is broken on the lower part as shown. There is one slide on tab that is missing on the upper part (see photos).
