They are moulding clips with nuts that may fits Dodge, Desoto, Chrysler and Plymouth vehicles that have a 1-3/8" to 1-1/2" wide moulding and will take a bolt in clip. These clips have 1.850" long x 1/2" wide plate and a 5/8" long 10-24 threaded stud. They are grey in color.
