This item is in FAIRLY GOOD condition. It is straight and does not have any cracks. It has some scratches and wear marks. It has a bead of weld run along the center of the rear bar, it was used to make the fit tighter on a hitch that was installed. The rear cross plate is bent and has a small crack in it.
