The boots have 2 points of concern: See photo 7 & 12-I am assuming that the boots are in useable condition but disclaimer I have never used boots like this, and Im not 100% sure.The main convern would be the split at the top of the boot on photo 7, I do think the rivit/joint issue is an easy fix....
