Nissin rear caliper from my 1986 Honda ATC250R, but will fit TRX250R (confirm before purchasing). Completely disassembled and cleaned. Threads are good. Includes mounting bracket, emergency brake bracket (missing adjusting bolt/nut and seal which are still available from Honda) and used brake hose.
