This is an OEM BMW front bumper tow eye / hook cover. Refer to the pictures for the best description and information. I am unsure as to what models it goes to as the internet says a few different things. It did not fit our 2011 128i(E82 non-m), but I believe it is for the LCI version. It is a crimson red. It looks to me like Sedona Red Metallic (paint code A79). The OE/OEM part numbers for this cover are 51117263118, 7263118, 51.11 7-263-118, and 7-263-118. I have also found it listed under 5111...
