I believe this is an OEM 1957-72 Chevrolet truck bumper guard. The guard has the ribbed rubber pad. You can see the gm part number of the rubber pad in one of the pics. The guard was stored in a box in a garage for many years. The one side has a slight wave in the metal that I tried to show in the pics....
