A complete 1939 Zepher bumper with frame brackets. Its all there and has potential to be restored and used on a kustom. Chrome is shot, metal is pitted and bumperette is slightly twisted. Shipping: rather than leave them hanging out there, I'll do my best to remove and flat-pack the bumper mounts....
