I believe this bumper is new old stock GM, but unfortunately it was stored in a wet barn and the chrome got pitted. It came from an estate buyout with 1000s of other NOS parts. Excellent core for a rechrome, it is straight with no dents and appears to never have been installed on a vehicle....
