Unfortunately the WRX and STI bumper comes from the factory with two holes to mount the JDM license plate. If you are using a tow hook mount license plate relocation kit or simply don't have a front license plate these will fit into the stock holes from the factory (3/8") and make the front of the car much more aesthetically pleasing.
