This is a New performance camshaft for a Triumph Spitfire 1971 to 1980 and MG Midget 1500 1975-1979. Spec's Duration 270, Intake lift .415, exhaust .400. Good idle, stock valve springs ok, 10-12 HP gain over stock, Made from new Chilled Iron blanks in the UK. This listing also includes a set of 8 heavy duty lifters with a oil return hole for extra oiling of the camshaft.
