Here is a used COMP CAMS solid roller cam for the SB CHEVY engine. Part numbers on it 4617B/4620B R106. It is about a 680 lift with a 1.6 ratio rocker arm. It is 1.948 bearing size. It had some rust on it and 2 bad lobes as seen in pictures. Regrind or core. We do combine shipping on multiple orders....
