Rare item alert. I purchased all of the car parts from an estate where the owner had three Adenauers that he hoped to restore. Included in the purchase was a box of chrome pieces. This is the radiator cap screw that goes on the huge Adenauer grille. It's in flawless condition. I have a grille in my collection that has a different type of screw cap (I think a later version, where they tried to save money). I screwed this on and it fit perfectly. High price reflects rarity, and no, the other ones ...
