Only identifying numbers are the serial number (GM1109717) DOC #218 365 424 FCC DATA : GM CBD- 40 A These were installed in Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles, Cadillacs, Trans Ams, Chevrolets. All wires are still attached, A few knobs are missing, but available here on EBay "PRETENSE69, apologies, I thought offer was for me to buy till just now"...
