I rebuild the TK22 carbs for fun so I have many extra jets to play around with. I’ve cleaned and drilled this used set out to 102 mains which is an 0.60 drill bit. Below is my experience with the 102 main jet: This is the main jet I use for a 1980 KZ550 with a $10 flea market find Harley exhaust and I drilled the baffles out making it a stage 3 exhaust.
